The team's premier off-the-field event begins with a star-studded red carpet and cocktail reception before a seated dinner featuring the presentation of the 2025 Power of Baseball Award.

The annual Mushball Classic invites organizations from all industries to form a team and compete in a softball-style tournament at the Nationals Youth Baseball Academy. Team entry and sponsorship proceeds fuel year-round youth development programming at the Nationals Youth Baseball Academy.
